HELP - NEWBIE FREE MEMBERS  can post a reply to this post outlining the difficulty they might be having.

We can only help you if state :

1) WHAT WINDOWS VERSION you use.
2) Which program you are trying to install
2) A detailed step by step sequence of what you have done so far and at which point the problem occurred.

(These programs can only be installed on WINDOWS ( any version except 3.1 )
