1) post a reply here asking your question about installing programs, using lesson material etc etc or

2) post me a message from your forum message centre

Where can I find more beginners sheet music ?

Yes use this program here
simply install it then browse for the midi file on your PC and use the tempo 1- 127 like any metronome to control the speed
